Placing an order
Here at Browns Furniture Warehouse it is our aim to provide our customers with the highest quality of products and service. It is our priority to ensure you are happy with the service and products you receive; for this reason we adhere to the following terms for Internet sales.
i. To ensure you get the right product, we will always be happy to provide brochures, samples of fabric from a sample swatch or samples of wood/veneers from any of our ranges. These will usually be provided free of charge, just ask via email or call our store.
ii. If you require further information about a product we will be happy to provide information via email, over the phone and will always be happy to supply paper copies of brochures.
iii. We offer free delivery of all products within 25 miles from our store . Delivery within 50 miles may be subject to a small delivery fee. If you require delivery of a product further than 50 miles please call our store for a quote. Please understand that, due to the high quality of aftersales service we provide, we are unable to offer delivery of some products to outside a 50 mile radius from our store.
If you can't find exactly what you are looking for online, we have more great value products available to purchase over the phone and in store. Every purchase comes with free local delivery within 25 miles, that includes all of Deeside, Flintshire, the Wirral, Chester, Rhyl, most of Wrexham, Cheshire and Denbighshire.
